Who is Teresa Rhodes?
I’m a real estate broker based in Texas. I’ve been in the real estate industry for a little over ten years and have been an active real estate agent for 6 years.
What does Teresa Rhodes do?
Aside from showing houses, creating new listings and working with other real estate professionals to view and understand what’s happening in the housing market, I spend much of my time educating people on the home buying process.
What is the Teresa Rhodes experience?
Real estate is an ever-changing industry, but there’s a constant: people who want to invest their money into a home that they can grow in and build a sense of financial freedom with. However, getting to the rewarding part of the home buying experience can take a while. I’m not an impatient real estate agent. I won’t “push” a home onto you and I won’t neglect your questions and concerns. Instead, I will walk you through everything—from pre-approval to closing. I educate and explain real estate complexities while being honest, direct and compassionate.
Why is Teresa Rhodes qualified to help her clients?
I was a nervous and anxious home buyer before. In fact, my home buying experience was so traumatic that it almost severed personal and professional relationships as well as caused me to rethink my housing goals. However, once I finally got the keys to the front door of my new home, it fueled my passion to really understand real estate and prevent others from feeling the frustration and disappointments I experienced. I promised myself that once I became a licensed agent, I’d commit myself to my clients and educate them every step of the way. Since making that promise six years ago, every client who’s received keys to their new home hasn’t regretted their home buying experience with me.
What kind of clients is Teresa Rhodes looking for?
I’m looking for first-time home buyers as well as those who are interested in buying another home, but this time, with a better experience. I want to work with people who are excited about their goals, even if it’s accompanied by a little trepidation. If potential clients aren’t 100% ready or approved to buy a home, I want to stay connected with them and introduce them to credit and finance specialists, who can address their hindrances and better prepare them to work with me.
